Y11's who aspire for a career in Engineering, please take note of this excellent opportunity!
A Note from Mrs Dobbs
If you are predicted a ‘B’ grade or higher in Science or Maths & you would like a career in Engineering, you could qualify for a £2000 grant from the Panasonic Trust Future Engineers Awards. The deadline is Jan 21st.
If you are interested, please see the email sent to your school email on January 7th, from Mrs Dobbs. The email has the terms and conditions as well as the application form you would need to complete.
Application forms must be with me by January 15th - This will give me time to check through applications before formally submitted them on the 21st.
Engineering courses included under the terms and conditions of the grant are as follows:

If there are courses at Merthyr College which suit your Engineering aspirations more than those at Coleg Gwent, you can apply for something there instead.
